🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We pour intention into every creation and believe in mindful, made-to-order magic — which means:
All sales are final.
But we understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. If you receive a piece that’s damaged or if there’s a genuine issue, let us know within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at charmdbydarshita@gmail.com with clear photos and order details.
If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, and cover the return shipping in case of defects or damage.
Need to Exchange?
If you wish to exchange a product for any reason (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), please:
* Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
* Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging
* Ship it to us at your cost after receiving approval from our team
* We'll process the exchange once we receive and inspect your piece 💫
We reserve the right to approve or deny exchange requests based on the condition of the returned item.

* We work our magic — no repair charges
* You cover the shipping cost back to you
Email us beforehand so we can coordinate timelines!
📦 Shipping for Exchanges & Repairs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items above ₹2,000, as we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.
