Returns

All purchases are final. We believe in mindful production and avoid overstocking to reduce waste. For this reason, we do not accept returns.

Refunds

As returns are not accepted at the moment, we do not offer refunds. However, if there’s a rare case that calls for special consideration, kindly email us with your concerns and our team will be happy to review it.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in case of a damaged or defective product. If your piece arrived in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@charmdbydarshita.com. Unboxing video is mandatory.

Our team will assess your request and guide you through the exchange process. In case your exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping for the replacement.

We reserve the right to approve or decline exchange requests based on the issue and product condition.

Shipping charges for returning an item are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance if your item is valued over ₹2,000, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
